Maintenance Planner (30-38 Hours per Week)

The Role: The Driving Force Behind Effective Maintenance
As a Maintenance Planner at Bakkerij Braas, you are responsible for preparing, planning and coordinating maintenance activities across our production lines, equipment and technical infrastructure.
You ensure that technicians have the right information, spare parts, documentation and resources available to perform their work safely, efficiently and according to schedule. In addition, you play a central role in managing and further developing Ultimo as our Asset Management System.
Your focus is on maintenance planning, work preparation, asset management, spare parts management and the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. In doing so, you contribute directly to the reliability, availability and lifespan of our production assets.
What Will You Do?
Prepare, plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Create, manage and monitor work orders within Ultimo.
Maintain and optimise maintenance schedules, inspections and recurring maintenance activities.
Build, manage and improve asset information within Ultimo.
Ensure the efficient deployment of personnel, materials and resources.
Order, reserve and manage spare parts, materials and external services.
Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, drawings and asset data.
Support technicians and supervisors during maintenance activities.
Analyse breakdowns, maintenance history and technical performance to identify structural improvements.
Identify maintenance risks and opportunities for improvement across the production facility.
Monitor progress, quality, budgets and the timely completion of maintenance activities.
Support investment, modification and improvement projects.
Contribute to the further professionalisation of asset management and maintenance management within Bakkerij Braas.
Collaborate with Production, Packaging, QHSE, Production Planning and external suppliers to maximise equipment availability and reliability.

Job requirements
What We Are Looking For
MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical discipline.
Experience as a Maintenance Planner, Work Planner or similar role within an industrial environment.
Demonstrable experience with maintenance management and asset management systems, preferably Ultimo.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management and maintenance strategies.
Technical understanding and the ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings and schematics.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Experience planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
Structured, accurate and results-oriented.
Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Able to communicate effectively with technicians, suppliers, production teams and management.
Good command of the Dutch language.
Able to understand technical documentation, manuals and supplier information in English.
