The Role: An Important Part of Our Production Process

As a General Production & Packaging Employee at Bakkerij Braas, you support the daily production and packaging activities within our bakery. You help ensure that products are processed, packaged and prepared for distribution correctly and efficiently.

Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a safe, clean and productive working environment where quality and food safety always come first.

What Will You Do?

• Perform production and packaging activities according to work instructions and procedures.

• Pack bread and bakery products into crates, boxes and other packaging materials.

• Inspect products for quality, appearance and completeness.

• Stack crates and pallets according to company standards.

• Support the movement of products and packaging materials within the production area.

• Maintain a clean and organised workplace.

• Work in accordance with HACCP, IFS, quality, safety and company procedures.

• Report deviations, issues or irregularities to your supervisor.

• Collaborate with colleagues from Production, Packaging and Logistics to achieve daily production targets.

What We Are Looking For

• A motivated and hands-on attitude.

• Experience within a production environment is preferred but not required.

• Accuracy and attention to quality.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Physically capable of performing standing work and moving products.

• Strong awareness of safety, hygiene and food safety standards.

• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

• Availability for 24 to 38 hours per week.

• Willingness to work in a shift-based operation.
