The Role: Essential for Quality and Food Safety

As an Industrial Cleaning Employee at Bakkerij Braas, you are responsible for cleaning production lines, machinery, work floors and production areas. Thanks to your efforts, our colleagues can work safely and hygienically every day, and our products continue to meet the highest quality and food safety standards.

You will work closely with colleagues from Production, Packaging, Technical Services and Quality Assurance, making a direct contribution to quality, food safety and operational continuity.

What Will You Do?

• Clean production lines, machinery and equipment according to established cleaning procedures.

• Clean floors, platforms, conveyor systems, workstations and production areas.

• Dismantle and clean machine components where required.

• Work with professional cleaning agents and cleaning equipment.

• Identify and report contamination, damage and irregularities.

• Record completed cleaning activities according to established procedures.

• Work in accordance with HACCP, IFS, quality, safety and company procedures.

• Correctly handle cleaning agents, personal protective equipment and tools.

• Contribute to a safe, clean and organised working environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues from Production, Packaging, Technical Services and Quality Assurance.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in industrial cleaning or a production environment is preferred.

• Affinity with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to work.

• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on work.

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Strong awareness of safety and the ability to follow procedures and work instructions.

• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

• Available for 30 to 38 hours per week.

• Flexible within agreed working hours.
